I was attempting to fill my boyfriends perscription and I was refused assistance. I did not have his physical insurance card, but I did have his ID, work insurance policy group number, and subscriber ID number. I preceeded to leave Rite-Aid get said insurance card for fear that no other pharmacy would help me, and leave my boyfriend who just got out of oral surgery unattended. Very unhappy with the service I received today. What a shame.
