  Company isn't willing to meet a customer halfway to try and accommodate their own error. Ordered a Humminbird 409900-1 from them on Amazon for $321.48. However, I got an email a few hours later stating the order had been 'cancelled due to a seller pricing error.' I was disappointed in this, but thought mistakes happen, and reached out to them to see if we could meet halfway between what I paid and retail ($599.99), but the best they were willing to do was $525 which they stated was cost. They weren't willing to make this right and honor the original price listed and also not willing to meet halfway because they made a mistake. Not good customer service in my eyes. So, beware if you're hoping for them to stand behind their products/pricing with great customer service, they care only about the $.
